FAQ

  • How long does fulfillment take?

Fulfillment time is how long it takes for the manufacturer to create your product before it ships out. This estimate doesn’t include shipping, so to determine when your order will arrive, add the shipping time to the fulfillment time.
On average, fulfillment takes 2–5 business days for most products. Please note that the products are made to order and our clothing items are precision-cut and hand-sewn, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you.

  • How do I report a problem with my order?

If you have an issue with your order please contact Customer Support immediately.
Keep in mind that we might ask you to submit a photo of your order.
If your order hasn’t arrived on time or was lost in transit, we will contact the manufacturer to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Note that all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! The manufacturer will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

  • Returns and Refunds

Physical goods: In compliance with Return and Refund Laws in the EU, you have 28 days from the day of receival of the product to notify me if you want to return the item, and 14 more days to do so. Please note, that you are responsible for the costsof postage and packaging. Learn more about our Return policy here.

  • How long do custom art commissions take?

The estimated fulfillment time varies depending on the complexity of your order, as well as my current workload.
