Return policy.

  • Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
    For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
    Claims deemed an error on the manufacturer's part are covered at their expense. Please understand that these products are made by a third party and I have no control over their policies.

  • Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
    Same applies to shipments that went unclaimed.

  • In compliance with Return and Refund Laws in the EU, you have 28 days from the day of receival of the product to notify me if you want to return the item, and 14 more days to do so. Please note, that you are responsible for the costs of postage and packaging.

  • To be eligible for a refund, the items must be returned in brand new condition with the original packaging. If we find that it does not meet the return requirements, such as but not limited to washed, damaged, removal of the original tags attached or any other situation we deem the product not suitable for resale, we will not be able to offer you a refund.

  • Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of products that we didn’t sell.

  • Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect processing your return.

Statutory rights: Right of withdrawal or cooling-off period

You always have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving any reason, from the day of the delivery of the last product(s) in your order. Too exercise your right of withdrawal please contact our customer support.

Effects of withdrawal:

You shall send back the Products no later than 14 days from the day you communicated us your decision of withdraw.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling.

Refund and cost of returning

The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we receive your return.

Please note:

  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the items back.

  • If you want to use the original shipping packaging to return items, please remove or cover the shipping label on the outside of the packaging to avoid your return being sent back to you by mistake.

  • You’re responsible for the postage and packaging cost to get the goods back to us.
