Cancelling & Refunds

Please note that this section applies exclussively to custom made digital services. You will find our Return and Refund Policy for physical goods here.

  • No refunds for finished products.

  • Refunds for unfinished products are only granted under special circumstances that are listed below.

  • If you decided to cancel the commission after I’ve started working on the sketch, you’re only eligible for a partial refund (50% of the payment).

  • Cancelling a commission after a sketch was approved is not possible and you will not be refunded.

  • If I receive inappropriate or needlessly aggressive messages or harassment during our collaboration, I reserve the right to cancel the commission and keep 50% of the initial payment as compensation for my time. I have a zero tolerance policy for verbal abuse.

  • If I decide to cancel your commission due to personal reasons, you will receive a full refund regardless of the progress that was made.

  • If I am unable to finish your commission within a 2 year period, you have the right to request a full or partial refund depending on the amount of work completed.
