Are we a match?
Take a minute to read through my Do’s and Don’ts to ensure that my services suit your idea. I have gathered experience working with a diverse array of characters and am open to a variety of things. If the list doesn’t mention what you’re looking for, go ahead and ask me. I always tell my clients that they can run their ideas by me in case I’d be interested to take the job.

General
I am not accepting commissions from people under the age of 18. By placing a commission request you’re confirming that you’re a legal adult.
I do not work with racist, ableist, trans- or homophobic people, or anyone that endorses in, excuses or supports pedo- or zoophilia, or any other form of disturbing or discriminatory action.
NO AI/NFTs
I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
I am only drawing in my own style. Slight colour alterations may occur.
If my commissions are closed, you’re welcome to ask me about my waitlist. I usually have a specific amount of slots available each month that you can sign up for.
I am not accepting explicit NSFW commissions that depict the performance of sexual acts.
I am only providing digital services. You will not be receiving any kind of physical copy of the commissioned artwork.
Please provide high quality visual references as well as a description of the expression, pose or any additional elements that are important to the commission.
I am only drawing in my own style. Slight color alterations may occur.

Payment and Fees
I accept payment via Paypal, Ko-fi and Bank transfer.
Payment currency is Euro.
Full payment is due upfront and has to be made within 24 hours after your commission request was approved, otherwise I can't guarantee you a slot.
Setting up a payment plan may be possible for commissions over 200 Eur. Per request I can split your payment up into multiple parts (with a minimum payment of 50 Eur), however, please note that this will affect the time and order in which your commission will be completed.
Additional charges may apply for characters that have intricate designs or a rather detailed appearance, as well as for any extras that the customer requests.
I request a fee for drawing metal armor.
Additional fees may apply if the client requests exceeded revisions such as change of pose, change of outfit, change of character, etc.
Additional fees may apply if changes are requested upon a finished piece.
All drawings come with a blank white* or simple gradient background free of charge. Detailed backgrounds are available for an additional charge.
Additional characters are +100% of the price.
Private commissions are possible, but will be charged from 300% to 500% of the price.
Gratuity is very appreciated as it helps cover unpleasant fees, but it is not expected.
* — You can always ask for a transparent background free of charge.
Revisions
Revisions are only possible at the sketch and flat color stages.
Fees may apply if you request major changes to the pose of the character, expression, their outfit, haircut, etc.
You can not request any major changes to the lineart once it’s done.
Please note that after you've approved a stage there's no going back, so it's important that you take a good look at the WIP before giving me the green light to continue.
If I made a mistake that is visible on the sketch or flat color stages and you fail to inform me about it, and only mention it after the drawing was finished, your revision request will be subject to a fee. This is to encourage you to have a thorough look at the WIPs that I'm sending.
Changes to the final product are possible, but aren’t free of charge, unless I forgot or oversaw something that you've mentioned during one of the revision stages. In which case I will, of course, fix the mistake for free.
Any revisions to the final product are only possible within 2 weeks after receiving it.
Turnaround
My preferred turnaround is 30 days, however, small commissions may take up to 3 months to complete, while larger projects may take up to 6 months. In rare cases, especially complex pieces may take up to 12 months.
An extended turnaround time may apply if I happen to find myself in extreme circumstances such as sickness and medical emergencies, or a financial crisis that forces me to take on more work than I'm able to finish within a month.
I will notify you as soon as possible in case there is an unexpected delay.
Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions about the progress of your commission, but please refrain from spamming me and keep your expectations within reason. While I'm happy to assist you anytime, asking about the commission progress every day is harassment.
To make the process as transparent as possible, I recommend that you join my Discord Server, where I give regular updates with additional notes and general info on my workflow.
Upon completion you will receive a link to download the final product as a JPEG file with my watermark, and a PNG file without my watermark. Make sure to store these files somewhere safe as I can't guarantee a life-time access to them.
Use
Unless you've purchased a commercial license or a licence for monetized content, commissioned artwork is for personal use only. Unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to using my work for merchandize, NFT's, advertisements and promotions, or business websites.
Do not use any of my work to train AI software or create AI images.
I do not condone any altering or tracing of my artwork, you may however adjust the size or crop the image for private use.
I retain the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
You’re welcome to upload the finished artwork to social media as long as you credit me as the artist.
Do not claim my art as your own.
Refunds
If you want to cancel the commission after I have started working on the sketch you will be refunded 50% of what you have paid.
Canceling a commission after a sketch was approved is not possible and you will not be refunded.
If I receive inappropriate or needlessly aggressive messages or harassment during our collaboration, I reserve the right to cancel the commission and keep 50% of the initial payment as a compensation for my time. I have a zero tolerance policy for bullying.
If I am unable to finish your commission within 12 months, you're eligible to request a full or partial refund depending on the stage of the commission progress, This will, however, lead to the cancellation of your commission and I will not be required to finish it.
If for personal reasons I fail to make any progress on your commission after 12 months, the commission will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.
